I have been running Group Exercise Classes since 1989 for adults of all ages and abilities having trained for 3 years with FLexercise (formerly The Women's League of Health & Beauty est. 1930). Sessions are choreographed to a variety of popular music and some are chair based for people with limited mobility. FLexercis have classes all over the UK as well as Eire, New Zealand and South Africa and are a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Dance with emphasis on posture, back care, improving flexibility and mobility and balance.
