I am an intellectual property litigator with an emphasis in trade secret, trademark, false advertising, unfair competition, and copyright litigation. As a former appellate law clerk, I bring a unique perspective to cases that incorporates my insight into judicial decision-making and enhances my ability to communicate effectively and persuasively on behalf of my clients. More recently, I have enjoyed applying my advocacy skills to helping clients protect their brands through trademark prosecution and enforcement. Outside of work, I am committed to improving my community and giving back to the schools that helped me achieve my career goals. In that regard, I currently serve on the St. Louis Alumni Advisory Council for Rockhurst University. My pro bono efforts are focused on improving the safety and quality of under-served neighborhoods in St. Louis City by partnering with strong neighborhood organizations to rehabilitate blighted and abandoned properties. My personal interests include natural approaches to health and wellness, gardening, and cooking.
