I am a business leader who revels in strategic marketing and high-performance sales. My passion for business and entrepreneurship has seen me build from ground up several companies focused on company growth, customer satisfaction and offering value for money. Key achievements include tripling sales year on year, whilst maintaining a healthy profit margin in an extremely competitive industry. Designing everyday home products using an eco-friendly sustainable technology, sourcing principled Chinese manufacturers for production, creating omnichannel marketing strategies and selling the home products throughout North America. My experience in Operations Management has seen me lead teams of up to 800 staff for public events with up to 30,000 attendees, successfully manage over 900 weddings and 1000's of conferences and public events.I am always searching for viable alternatives to disrupt market dominating products whatever the industry. One of my favourite quotes is ''Innovate or Die", hence I am always conscious of staying ahead of the game, ready to pivot quickly to take advantage of hidden opportunities. My greatest strengths are in my drive and determination to succeed, no matter the task at hand. I will always give 150%. I thrive on the big challenges that utilise all my skills, knowledge, experience and learning abilities. I pride myself on getting up to speed quickly in order to be productive and valuable to others I serve.As a lifetime learner, I am usually always engaged with an academic enrichment program, some of which have been Mindvalley, GeniusU, ActionCoach, Ecommerce Entrepreneurs amongst others. I hold a Diploma In Business and a Diploma In Interior Design. Currently I am preparing for the 2025 intake to study part-time for an MBA in Communication and Strategic Planning. When I'm not occupying myself with a new challenge, I enjoy spending time with my partner exploring walkways and bush walks, going to the beach, travelling, and just chilling at home by the poolside.My vision for my future is clear: to achieve my short, medium and long term goals.
