*Defense STEM Education Consortium DSEC 2.0/ 2024-2034 & DSEC 1.0 2019-2024; Individual Program Administrator (IPA) for Element 4-DSEC Hubs and STEM Ecosystems. This aligns with the OSTP STEM Strategic Plan, which emphasizes cultivating STEM Ecosystems to advance STEM. I work with four DoD Hubs to catalyze robust multi-sector collaboratives that function as a force multiplier to ensure diverse, equitable, and inclusive STEM opportunities for all learners with a focus on underrepresented populations and military-connected families. Working with co-AP STEM, Next TIES is tasked with leveraging the existing networks to bring about systems-level change in K-12 education to nurture curiosity in every child and ensure all schools provide rigorous, high-quality math and science coursework with necessary learning supports.*DoD National Defense STEM Education Program (NDEP) RC3 Community College Grant; 2021-2027/ Co-PI on the Military City USA Consortium Grant with the San Antonio Community Colleges, UTSA and TA&MUSA to reduce barriers for community college students to select and persist in STEM career pathways including transfer to 4-year schools, and increasing access to paid internships and scholarships within the DoD and Defense Industrial Base workforce. * Office of Naval Research (ONR) STEM Bootcamp; 2022-2025; Part of a team from TIES and BEST and STEM Outreach at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock - Naval Sea Systems Command that designed and hosts summer STEM boot camps for high-students under-represented in STEM and educators/counselors to prepare for and apply to DoD sponsored civilian STEM internships and scholarships.

Co-PI on DoD RC3 Community College grant; Military City USA with Alamo Colleges of San Antonio, University of Texas at San Antonio, and Texas A & M University.

Direct the marketing and communication activities for TIES programs including STEM network development, STEM school design, Corporate Strategic Education Philanthropy and Collaboratives around advancing STEM. Provide strategic planning support to a variety of projects and programs including contributing to; development of the STEM School Design Best Practices Business Plan for The Carnegie Corporation of New York; Fab Ed-the collaboration between TIES and The Fab Foundation scaling MIT designed Digital Fabrication Labs into formal and informal education settings and the launch of MC2STEM High School in Cleveland, OH and the Bill and Melinda Gates Funded MC2STEM Hub of the Ohio STEM Learning Network. Serve as a liaison between the corporate, academic and philanthropic organizations involved in TIES directed STEM engagements in an effort to translate processes and protocols among a diverse group of collaborators.

Business Development, Marketing Communications and Strategic CSR Consulting services for mature for-profit businesses, startups and non profits. Support services include current landscape analysis, responsive new product/program development, design and implementation of strategic growth initiatives and scaling of existing programs with a focus on developing impactful, effective and sustainable CSR strategies. Working with both CSI/CSR investors and beneficiary non profits to identify and optimize partnerships and programs for mutual benefit.
