Director, musician, writer, editor, actor, and artist. Julie Strong was born June 9th 1985, and excelled in the creative arts throughout her school years. She received a bachelors degree in art from California State University, Stanislaus in May 2011. She currently fronts a rock band that performs around California, and directs and edits short films in the drama, documentary, comedy, and horror genres. One of her most recently finished film, Jim Sanders: Liberator, was created for the California State Archives as part of the Holocaust Memorial Project 2011. "My goals are to be able to create meaningful films, and use my different interests and skills to create beautiful and original work."Specialties: Directing narrative, documentary, and experimental films. Editing on Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Soundboard, and Illustrator. Writing, composing, and performing music for film and video. Working with actors and musicians on film shoots.
