I am responsible for teaching 6 classes. I have taught beginning to advanced graphic design classes and written all the curriculum for Graphic Design. I also created all the postcards, business cards, diplomas, graduation tickets and so much more. I was responsible for setting up collaboration with other teachers so my students could work with other classes and design. Example: Money for a 5th grade math class, design and illustrate books for a 1st grade writing class and design album covers that a high school creative writing class wrote the liner notes. I was part of the Fort Worth Arts Council and was able to have my students submit designs for the FWFD and they also submitted for the Cowtown Marathon. I got a $3000 poster printer donated and my students were able to learn about poster design and see their design come to life in our hallway. My advanced class I have set up like a business and we accept jobs from outside our school. This way they can learn what it is like to become a graphic designer and to work with clients. As the CTE Coordinator I am responsible for the classes under Career & Technical Education at High Point Academy. I am responsible for assisting in all aspects of the CTE program and continue to develop and improve the CTE program.

I am the Global Student Leadership Advisor at High Point. I also organize travel every two years and take High School students to Europe. I am responsible for the whole trip organizing and getting student from point A to Point B. It is a lot of work, but it is truly amazing for students to experience another country with the safety of their teacher.

I was in charge of the website and all marketing for the business. This includes sending out emails, social media and designing ads. I also rebranded the company and logo.

I was an art teacher for k-8th grade. Teaching kids all aspects of art and integrating art into core classes to help with teaching reinforcement. I worked with core subjects to help teach colleagues how we can integrate art in core classes to help students better understand areas they were struggling in by seeing things in a new way.

I worked for many companies around New York, Boston and Texas. I worked on backdrops for Hasty Pudding in Boston, 2012 Faux painted the inside of Studio 54 New York, Paralympics in Salt Lake (backdrops), I worked as a scenic artist and a charge scenic artist painting sets and backdrops for many productions.
