Technical Recruiter
Current- Ensure that qualified, technical candidates are presented against resource requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Work in conjunction with account manager to qualify and clarify details of the assignment
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates from all sources, assess their potential qualifications, and determine appropriate action items
- Follow ISO certified recruiting process to ensure recruiting and hiring quality
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and staff
- Negotiate all facets of the hiring process including salary, relocation, travel, and expenses
