More than 20 years experience in produce manufacturing. Joined the Technical team in 2010 with responsibilities including Supplier Management, internal auditing, site compliance to BRC and Soil Association standards, managing HACCP and supporting the implementation of a new quality reporting system. I managed the Quality team with 14 direct reports for a period of time, before handing over this responsibility to focus more on site compliance. Continually building upon skills and knowledge through experience and various training programmes. New skills include the delivery of food Safety and compliance related training to staff within my organisation. I have also delivered short courses to delegates from other businesses as part of my training.
