CRC is an independent and international management, recording & publishing company based in London. Senior Artist Manager:• Day-to-day manager for Roo Panes, Whyte Horses, Beachtape, Mt. Wolf and James Mottershead• Developing and managing the artists live strategy along with CRC’s Director and agents• Advancing tours, shows and festivals including visa applications, travel and accommodation, promo, itineraries and budgets• Tour managing tours across UK, Europe, North & South America• Overseeing PR & Radio campaigns globally • Proof reading press releases and other promotional material and create one sheets for each artist / release• Research and collate press results and other campaign highlights and circulate to all teams throughout campaign• Liaise with UK & international Distribution partners • Complete DSP pitching forms for upcoming releases• Assist with CD/LP/promo CD manufacture incl. obtaining quotes from supplier, proof read artwork and shipping logistics• Social media and digital strategy for CRC and artists incl. asset creation (social banners, posts, audio teasers) and mailers for artists + CRC subscriber base• Organise merchandise from production to D2C and maintaining artists / CRC online stores • Booking mastering sessions, studios and musicians for sessions / shows• Keeping company release & tour calendars up to date• PPL & PRS registrations• Assist with sync licensing deals including reading, organising and sending contracts and invoices as well as pitching tracks for sync briefs• Liaise with our sub-publishing partners in Germany, Brazil, Australia/New Zealand and the USA • A&R – Assist CRC’s A&R Manager with our artists’ artistic development and musical direction
