Set up a new graduate calling campaign initiative to promote mentoring & graduate internships, bespoke alumni events and career coaching & job search support to improve Graduate Outcomes. Partnership with the Alumni office to improve our graduate service and communications to recent graduates with a dedicated website, monthly newsletters and Brum Alum LinkedIn group.Implemented a new advice & guidance strategy with online triage process to manage student demand for appointments and introduction of online platforms to enhance digital access to CV and interview support for all students across the institution.Oversee the central careers activity programme and co-ordination of frontline services. Line manage the employability adviser team and project lead for student peer presenter team to support 'Top Tips' CV, application and interview support workshops and twilight advice service.

Leadership for the College of Life & Environmental Sciences careers provision. Created an employability strategy in partnership with the College, implementing school action plans and priorities and managed the college careers team. Effective relationship building across the college with academic colleagues, relevant employers and alumni. Individual caseload offering advice and guidance appointments to students as well as coordinating bespoke careers and recruiter events for school of Psychology and Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences department. Initiated college wide tutor referral process to improve student access to advice and guidance linked to progress reviews across all year groups.

Responsible for strategic delivery of IAG provision and worked closely with Careers Network's senior management team on relevant developments. Oversight of college employability services and management of careers consultant team.
