CurrentAs policy operation and communications manager for TikTok Shop, I lead the Governance and Experience Policy Operations and Communications team, managing 8 direct reports, including technical writers, copy editors, and program managers. Together, we focus on enhancing the policy framework by drafting and refining policies, internal communications, and violation enforcement messaging for creators and sellers. I drive the development of policies and educational materials aimed at promoting a secure, compliant, and engaging marketplace. By partnering with internal stakeholders, I help set objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring policies align with broader company goals and effectively mitigate risk.
