I oversee all branding, communications, marketing materials, and newsletters in addition to the organization's online presence to raise awareness of services offered and upcoming workshops.

Employed by national construction management / general construction firm headquartered in Indianapolis. The position entails the overall development and coordination of marketing and business development materials, proposal and presentation development and management, and brand management. - Design and develop collateral materials, brochures and credential packages- Design, implement and oversee corporate style standards- Design, create, and manage the development and production of proposals and interview materials for Business Development teams located in Indianapolis and Charlotte; manage timelines, set benchmark dates and ensure materials are executed and delivered on time and within requirements - Manage creation and distribution of video content including client testimonials- Design graphics and illustrations as necessary to supplement marketing materials

Employed by an international real estate investment and development company, locally based in Indianapolis with office locations also in New York and London. This position was new to the company and duties were expanded due to increased work volume and proven level of responsibility. This position reported directly to the Marketing Manager and required work outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends. - Reviewed and finalized all company project presentations; including all presentations for Chairman/CEO - Prepared corporate and project newsletters including coordination and/or creation of editorial copy- Prepared and distributed to appropriate media outlets corporate and project ads and press releases- Designed outgoing marketing materials, flyers, brochures, templates and other materials as required- Managed content for corporate and project websites; coordinated development of project websites- Assisted in coordination of corporate events, including golf outings, corporate entertainment/receptions, holiday events, conferences, and sports suites
