Virtual Manufacturing group, using DELMIA V5R24 to create virtual simulations of factory processes and procedures involving satellite hardware and product building change phases. By implementing (DELMIA) simulations and (Camtasia) recordings, per manufacturing planning procedures, developed video training guides to train technicians in the build process of engineering parts and components. Utilized model-based systems engineering tools and practices. Created Lo-Definition model conversions utilizing Catia software per company and customer requirements.

Product Support group, using DELMIA V5R19 to create environment 3D simulations showing access to rocket engine parts and hardware. Generating analysis of human factor task simulations. Tasks consisted of fit checks and measurements of hardware and parts as well as human factor accessibility, at various development and environments of engine build. Job duties range from environment with complex products and equipment. Performed maintainability assess simulations on Aerospace components per company and customer requirements using DELMIA software. Generated reports in support of Preliminary Design Review'a (PDR) and Critical Design Review's (CDR) and to meet company and customer requirements.

Boeing 787 Aft - Mid Body Ship Side support Section 47/48, Door Surrounds and Section 47 Floor Grid.Manufacturing Liaison support, Tooling and Planning Revisions. Utilize Velocity planning, Enovia and Catia V5 and its Tool Suite.Boeing 787 Aft - Mid Body MARM group (Manufacturing Assembly Requirements Model) assist in change and modify technical assignments and work packages on Catia V5 - MBDs IRMs, ARMs; and ERMs. Skill and experience in Production Release Process on the 787 Program.

Supported concept development of rocket engine propulsion products during their design phase. Job duties ranged from environment with complex products and equipment. Performed maintainability access simulations on Aerospace components per company and customer requirements using Delmia. Generate reports in support of Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review's (CDR), and to meet company and customer requirements.

Ground Support Operations group analyzed and verified product design and performance for adequacy, including reliability of mechanical ground support equipment and tooling. Tasks involved, supporting CAD driven analysis and simulation of manufacturing assembly, test, transport and launch efforts for commercial and government satellites. Retrieved and assembled flight and tooling engineering CAD files for in-house simulations, spacecraft containerization and stack-up permutation purposes. Embraced new challenges, involved with tracking and updating documentation for quality of “process development” FPY (First Pass Yield) for engineering drawings from concept to completion. Structural & Payload Design group supported project leads in implementing design changes and updating CAD files to Boeing configuration standards. Involved with researching data required in solving dilemma’s during design phase.Thermal Blanket Design group supported project leads in implementing design changes and updating CAD files to Boeing configuration standards. Involved with researching data required in solving dilemma’s during design phase.
