I am an Early Childhood educator who believes that educators are in an influential position in children’s lives and that the best time to positively influence a child is when they are little and have a budding imagination. I reach children at their level and help them discover their own potential. I challenge them appropriately to utilise that inherent capacity and achieve way beyond what they have ever imagined. I strive to ensure effective working relationships involving the child and the caregiver. I endeavour to create an environment that is inviting and challenging. I am passionate about being a team-member who works collaboratively with other educators. My aim is to see the young child in my care being advocated for and being inspired to become a Champion who shapes the world in the here and now and in the time to come.
