Interact with senior level management and recruiting staff of client companies including Northrop Grumman, IBM, Hewlitt Packard Services, General Dynamics, SAIC and many others. Provide full life cycle recruiting for clients requiring IT professionals with high level security clearances to determine their requirement needs. Researched, networked, and recruited candidates from various outlets such as Linkedin, Monsters, Careerbuilders, Clearancejobs, etc. Use creative methods to recruit those candidates who are not actively seeking employment. Vet requirements to obtain all necessary information to successfully qualify candidates. Source and prescreen candidates. Coordinate interviews and brief candidates on client company’s requirements and benefits. Conduct interview follow up with client company representative and candidate. Coordinate determination of salary offers and related financial matters (sign-on bonus, relocation, special compensation). Extend and negotiate offers. Work with candidates from acceptance to start date to ensure sustained level of commitment. Create and implement company processes and procedures including creation of employee manual.
