Dr. Wright completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in forensic psychology at William James College and postdoctoral fellowship in correctional psychology with UCONN-Correctional Managed Healthcare. She is the Chief of Forensic Services at Whiting Forensic Hospital. She serves as the Region 2 Board Member for the Connecticut Psychological Association and Vice President of the Connecticut Psychological Association Forensic Division. Dr. Wright has over 15 years’ experience as a clinician and supervisor of mental health services in Connecticut’s correctional and forensic systems. She has extensive experience with inpatient psychiatric treatment, risk management, and risk assessment.
