I was in charge of finalizing and auditing all new car deals which includes but is not limited to taking inventory of new cars we obtain on the lot each month, making certain that all information and numbers in the accounting system matches what is on the paperwork signed by the customer, and that all paperwork is scanned into the digital version of Deal Jackets as a safety net for misplaced or damaged physical Deal Jackets. I reported new cars as sold to Chrysler, and that making certain the New Car Managers are aware of the number we have sold, compared to the number Chrysler wants us to sell for that month as well as claiming Incentives from Chrysler. I had administrative tasks such as writing checks to customers, ordering supplies and toner, taking inventory of supplies, answering incoming phone calls and filling/pulling paperwork needed. I was responsible for swapping vehicles with other dealerships, and wholesaling used vehicles to auctions and other dealers, making sure each account I am in charge of balances at the end of each month and receipting down payments and parts tickets.
