Life is truly a Banquet! I have over 21 years counseling and medical-related social work experience with strengths in military social work, training, client advocacy, addictions, dual-disorders, eating disorders. women's issues, trauma work, spirituality, mediation, humor for personal empowerment and program development. I graduated magna cum laude with my masters in social work (MSW) from the University of Central Florida and received my Licensed Clinical Social Work license in the State of Florida in August 2016. In 2012, I was awarded the Florida Social Work Student of the Year by the FL National Association of Social Workers (FL-NASW) and adore this organization. I have had a successful career in human resources for over 9 years as a recruiting manager for Southern HealthCare Management, Life Care Centers of America as well as other companies during that time.*I also possess a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and have worked at numerous well known treatment facilities including The Willough in Naples, FL, Sierra Tucson in Tucson, FL and The Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. During those years, I specialized in substance abuse, mental health, eating disorders and process addictions. *I have over 18 years as a contract college instructor at various community colleges and universities and as a keynote/ workshop speaker in humor applications, human relations, compassion fatigue and wellness. I also have spoken at international and national conferences.*I have a passion for world travel and thrive in new international work locations, am a past Rotary Goodwill Ambassador and love making people laugh, being a cat lover and life adventurer.
