In my multifaceted role, I deliver direct services to members as Building Supervisor, Business Desk management, Welcome Desk and Member Retention Services. I lead the team of Building Supervisors and work with the staff to create improved communication, job flow and work experience. Member retention is a top priority, and I employ positive communication and problem-solving skills to meet member needs and find creative solutions that work in our multi-age, multi-service organization. As a part of the member services team, I am also responsible for financial account management and sales, along with screening and selecting new staff. I originate and lead creative classes and contribute to our fitness team's success by customizing personal training programs for all types of clients including recovering heart surgery patients.My wide-ranging experience includes training for college athletic programs; combating obesity; treating pre- and post-natal women; and partnering with clients seeking to improve their functional movement.I lead multiple youth and adult training programs such as general fitness, specific sports, strength, cardio, agility, flexibility, balance, and functional fitness.

I validated payment pre-authorizations prior to scheduled procedures, verifying procedure scheduling was within established guidelines of client insurance coverage. Applying knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, I appropriately scheduled and billed procedures. Collaborating with teammates, I performed all department tasks to meet team goals and deadlines.

Over the holiday season I delivered superior client-driven service and coached my teammates to meet established sales goals. I utilized strong interpersonal skills and learned people management capabilities to drive conversion and retention rates. I demonstrated brand messages and exhibited company values. Fulfilling roles across the business, I processed incoming shipments, controlled inventory, completed floor sets, replenished and recovered store, sold merchandise, drove loyalty, oversaw cash wrap, prevented losses, and performed store maintenance.I practiced consistent mindfulness of current promotions, sales and loyalty goals, and personal performance objectives. Competition locations included Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Green Bay, and MequonI directed all aspects of competition event planning and execution to include logistics, staff, digital advertising, contestant entry, schedule, vendor relations, insurance, legalities, hospitality, public relations, and financial oversight.Spearheading planning and marketing, I grew participation from 8 teams to 95 in 4 years; drew annual attendance of 4K+ spectators.I partnered with the Milwaukee Wave Professional Soccer team to host/sponsor event at US Cellular Arena. Teamed with Green Bay Chamber of Commerce to host/sponsor event at Brown County Arena.

I partnered with committee colleagues to address the current state crisis caused by sale and use of heroin. Serving on committees related to prevention, we ideated programs and action plans to reduce the negative impact on businesses across the state.

As project manager I coordinated all projects and volunteer events requiring STOP Act grant funding. I targeted an initiative to reduce alcohol use by youth ages 12-20 by restricting access. Our programs included Life of an Athlete, Parents Who Host, and Community Alcohol Resources for Establishments and Servers (CARES). I contributed to multiple coalition projects to balance the team's workload.

I served in multiple roles across the district to provide counselling in individual and group sessions. I built strong rapport with students and families to enhance student engagement and boost family participation. Coordinating recruitment, scheduling, evaluation, and communication for support groups, I facilitated motivational interviewing sessions to address issues and develop action plans. I partnered across school and community resource levels to effectively serve all constituents.Formulating Individual Learning Plans, I teamed with students and parents to create achievable objectives and action plans. I hosted Student Intervention Team meetings and coordinated our GOAL At-Risk and teacher/student mentoring programs. To support At-Risk and alternative program and/or site curricula, I researched and shared School to Work resources and program information with students and families. I advocated for students and families in coordinating needed services including Restorative Justice. I provided referrals to available county resources such as legal, academic, medical, community, and multidisciplinary programs.I served as the technology leader within the school district. I drove acquisition and implementation of the Naviance / DocuFide program. I designed the department website and utilized technology to improve school/home communication. Designing and managing content for periodic e-newsletters, I ensured timely communication and updates. I created multimedia presentations for use in home rooms.

I liaised with district and multiple community organizations to forecast budgets and support schools in grant management. When overseeing policy development, I monitored compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. I developed and directed parent and community outreach programs.I co-authored successful state AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) grants worth $750K+.I earned a commendation from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for excellence in managing Title IV Safe and Drug-Free Schools program.

In this role I managed the district budget and allocated grant funds. I hosted core team meetings and contributed to district committee meetings. I chaired and hosted the district Parent Information Night. I facilitated program orientations and delivered ongoing training for staff and students. Facilitated support groups featuring motivational interviewing. I counseled violators of ATODA (Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Abuse) policy to assess, advise, and/or refer for services. To effectively assist students I maintained current knowledge of ATODA trends and issues.
