As a production (graphic) artist within the marketing department, I primarily work in graphic design using both my technical and computer skills to create and ensure that both print and digital products meet company expectations. Specializing in the proper computer software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and prepress knowledge, I design, upload, and ensure the accuracy of files prior to their final stage of production. In this position, I am also responsible for effectively archiving and updating graphic files to enhance workflow within the department.

A server trainer's list of responsibilities varies from day to day. I served patrons by providing information that assisted in food and beverage selections and presented those order choices in both an accurate and timely fashion. A high standard of policies was maintained by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control regulations. Throughout the duration of this position, I maintained a high level of verbal communication, customer service, conflict resolution, teamwork, time-management skills, professionalism and patron relationships. Being one of only two trainers, these skills were crucial in training new waitstaff prior to them holding their own position within the serving team.
