• NYU Langone Medical Center’s website relaunch (nyulangone.org), for which I edited 250 all-new medical condition sections for house style, accuracy, consistency, links, SEO and patient friendliness. Each averaged 5-6.
• Partnered with a design firm, I also proposed and helped to implement a bold redesign of the NYU Langone Medical Center newsletter for physicians, staff and patients. This included better visuals, shorter stories.
• Filled in as full-time freelance deputy editor for Condé Nast’s SELF magazine for three months, overseeing many staff writers and editors.
• Served as freelance copy editor for ShermansCruise.com and, working in their custom CMS, edited hundreds of articles for house style, consistency and accuracy.
• Wrote feature stories on health and lifestyle topics for publications including SELF, AARP, All You, WebMD, The Rotarian and others.
