I resigned my position so that I could take care of my elderly parents, first in Utah, then Idaho, and finally in Utah. I was traveling back and forth for a while then my parents moved to Idaho for a short time. When my parents moved back to Utah, I again traveled back and forth until I finally moved to Utah in 2008 to take care of them full-time. They both passed away in 2010. I have not looked for work mainly due to the fact that I have been attempting to handle their estates (while living here in Idaho) and all of the wonderful things that go along with that chore. 😱
