Manage an internal Training Academy for sales forces, technical & support staff, managers and clients and develop e-learning training in line with European Academy.Optimize talent management capabilities within the business through appraisal reviews and regular review of organization’s workforce composition.Implement action to improve wellbeing in the workplace, in line with Global Engagement Survey. Take a role of Philosophy Champion, ensuring the worldwide penetration of the philosophy and values in the Group
