My work has included iresearching and compiling information, performing technical analysis, and summarizing analysis in reports. I have created and maintained large databases and analyzed the data to identify trends, variations, and strategize solutions. In addition to technical work, I have monitored budgets and schedules, coordinated with sub-contractors, and facilitated between clients and agencies. I have worked with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, public agency staff, and the community. With all of this experience, I am able to adjust my approach to best meet the needs of the project and the client.In addition to technical expertise, I have strong people skills. I received training through the King County Dispute Resolution Center in Mediation and volunteered with their group. I helped clients address sensitive issues by either providing resources and information or guiding them through the process of conflict resolution. I was able to empower them to resolve their disputes by communicating their perspectives, hearing other viewpoints, and considering alternative solutions. I am an empathic co-worker and employ these same skills in the workplace to engage with others, and create a collaborative environment.
