Developed and implemented OKQ8Finans first ICAAP (internal capital adequacy assessment process).• Responsible for the banking license applicationI was the main contact towards the Swedish Financial SupervisoryAuthority and the project leader for the application.• Development of a new card conceptParticipated in the group that developed the new card concept OKQ8VISA. I was responsible for the business case. Responsible for VISAmembership application "associate membership". The aim was tobecome a card issuer of VISA cards.• Customer analysisPerformed various types of customer base analyses and credit riskassessment.
