Operating Room Upgrades at VA Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. This approximately $11 million project, currently in progress, includes the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot floor to provide seven newly equipped operating rooms and required support space. The work — which includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — is being completed in eight phases while the 5th floor is occupied. Buildings 5403 and 5509 Full Facility Restorations D/B at Ft Dix, NJ. Construction budget for each project is approx $12M. Projects are consecutive.Regional MX Training Facility (ADAL B2324) at McGuire AFB, NJ. This $12M project includes the building of an addition and renovations to the existing structure to create a regional maintenance facility in support of the KC-46A. Fuel Distribution Facility at McGuire Air Force Base, NJ. This $9M project involved the construction of fuel distribution systems: Diesel, MOGAS and JP8 – as well as a transfer pump house that includes 3-600 GPM transfer pumps, 3-600 GPM receipt filter separators with by-pass capability, a modern control system and emergency generator back up power.
