I have been in private practice as an acupuncturist since 2005, treating adults of all ages, as well as teens, children and newborns. I work to support clients in creating optimal health and wellbeing, taking on whatever health concerns are on that path, and I support patients in developing habits and making decisions that will best create the healthy, vibrant life they want. I work with people locally and (virtually, through Zoom and phone) - as acupuncture is one of many interventions that clients find effective and nurturing. Breath instruction and coaching, lifestyle counseling, nutrition, fitness, tai chi, chi gong, and Chinese herbal medicine are all powerful components of healing.In 2013 I wrote my first book, Real Fit at Every Age.
