• Daily use of payroll interface for providing support and guidance for 12 subsidiaries across the USA as well as processing Corporate payroll. • Develop, update and implement procedures to educate users as federal/state regulations change and/or as the ADP product changes. • Work closely with ADP Support Team Leader to complete troubleshooting and implement solutions for a variety of different user needs, from special department services to project services in developing custom solutions when necessary.• Ensure compliance and accuracy as per federal/state regulation when developing solutions or making corrections. • Spearhead conversions from subsidiary's prior payroll program to the currently supported ADP Payforce; organizing conversion schedule & procedure with subsidiary & ADP Support/Implementation Teams, training new users, consolidate/implement data. • Data collection and preparation for company and employee data prior to conversion, payroll system database creation, load and test of employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness to prepare for live payroll transmission via ADP Payforce. • Process small volume of Accounts Payable via non-PO invoice processing and check preparation on a weekly basis.• Both Payroll and AP positions require that I maintain all aspects of record-keeping in accordance with company SOP (and state/federal regulation where applicable and not defined by company SOP).

• Overall payroll process; time card review with manual entry of hours into database, distribute payroll checks, prepare/deliver bank deposits, transmit & confirm direct deposits, prepare/transmit 401K data files for transmission and funding, remit all payroll taxes and garnishments. • Maintain payroll records.• Post associated journal entries. Compile month-end & quarterly reports for management. • Manually prepare/file all tax deposits & returns for federal and state withholding, state unemployment funding and reporting, quarterly 941 tax reporting. • Annual preparation of employee W-2's, filing of that W-2/W-3 data with SSA, preparation & filing of annual 940 tax return and any additional annual state reporting required.• Maintained company Petty Cash Box for company use.
