Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with HR Business Partners, the leadership team and hiring executives. Collaborate with coworkers to put in place a successful recruitment plan for all Executive level positions and run weekly follow-up meetings to discuss progress. Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches for recruiting/sourcing top talent and program and policy improvement.

As the first and only in-house Talent Acquisitions Manager / HR Manager at Pro Motion, Inc., I recruited, hired, trained and in some cases managed Brand Ambassadors nationwide both local and traveling. In addition, I strategically sourced and hired all corporate personnel including executive level management. Always focused on cultivating relationships and sometimes using "out of the box" recruiting strategies to ensure we had the best team representing both Pro Motion, Inc. and our clients. Our passionate and dedicated promotional models, Brand Ambassadors and Market Managers worked on the marketing/sales campaigns for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and Canada. After our traveling Brand Ambassadors or Managers completed tours, many were then hired directly by our clients based on the caliber of talent we provided. In 2009, I created, developed and led the launch of Pro People Teams, the Field Marketing division of Pro Motion, Inc. which created a new revenue stream for Pro Motion, Inc. Under the Pro People Teams umbrella, I worked with several clients as their Account Manager, Project Manager and Recruiter. HR Manager activities included, but not limited to; Employee Relations, Talent Management and Acquisition, Training, development and management of a newly created database, Compensation and Benefits Management. As an added value to company – I helped develop creative ideas for multiple clients, participated in brainstorms, sold services within Pro People Teams, scheduled marketing tours, preformed market research for various clients, acted as an event planner and event manager, managed the internship program, built strong relationships with all associates and was appointed by the President as one of the founding members of the "Culture Club” due to my passion, work ethic and energy.
