I am passionate about work / life balance and morale. The business owner begins to wonder if the blood, sweat and tears they have given have been in vain and so begins the decline in morale. I offer tools that dramatically simplify processes and improve efficiency, empowering teams to make more money faster. That means they also get to feel better about their work and find more balance in their lives. Happy employees are better employees. I have taught both large groups and privately, new students and yogis with decades of experience, professional athletes and elderly; yoga is truly adaptable to every body and every ability!
