About Julie Duryea

Julie's professional experience is a truly unique hybrid of private and public sector work. Her main passion lies in youth and education, most recently in college counseling. After assisting in the College & Career Counseling department at Archie Williams High School in San Anselmo, CA, she advised rising seniors in college selection, financial aid and essays through Next Generation Scholars’ Summer Boost program for summers 21-23. Currently, she guides individual, local high school students through the post-secondary journey and volunteers in Tam High's College & Career Center. Fun facts: certified in Kundalini yoga, cycled to top of Mt. Ventoux during Tour de France, half marathon finisher, passport includes Tibet, China, India, Turkey, Buenos Aires & more, traveled with Ringling Bros Circus and Harlem Globetrotters. Enjoys hiking, camping, meditation, practicing mindfulness, cooking and friends.Currently, Julie resides in the Bay Area.
