Advisory Board MemberReserve Squad Apr 2021 - PresentCincinnati, Oh, UsMember of the Advisory Board for Reserve Squad, helping companies retain working moms (and others) who would otherwise leave the workforce for caretaking or other reasons. By disrupting traditional full-time or part-time work models, Reserve Squad's team creates a new workforce for businesses called "Reservist." These are current or former employees of the company but need new options for how and when they work. Our team handles the process of recruiting, managing, and deploying this workforce, and we keep Reservist employees connected with their company as an extension of the company’s labor force. Not only does this allow women to continue their careers in a non-traditional way, but it also allows companies access to a pool of qualified talent who is already familiar with the company and who will be on-call for temporary or project-based work. Reservists stay engaged with their company, making it easier to return to a traditional work model when they are ready. -
