I started with the Bartolotta Restaurant Group in January of 2002 as a server, where I was then promoted to server trainer, banquet captain and then catering assistant.I learned a great deal about fine dining service, french cuisine and wine, and soon became in love with all things French, (IE: Foie Gras, Champagne, etc.)As I became more involved in catering, as a banquet captain, and catering assistant, I found myself wanting to become more involved in the event planning process. When the Bartolotta Restaurant Group became the exclusive on-site caterers at Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin, I interviewed, and was accepted, for the position of Administrative Assistant.

I taught part time at WCTC's Pewaukee Campus, with two courses that I created the curriculum for:-Casual Dining Service -Fine Dining Service

Server & Host in fast paced restaurant and banquet facility.

I started as a crew person and was promoted to crew trainer, and then shift manager. I managed at four McDonald's restaurants in Wisconsin.
