Building on my experience in health services research, I have developed deep expertise in impact assessment and program evaluation. I’ve spent over 2 decades developing and carrying out work at local, national and global scales, within the public and not-for-profit sectors. I ground all my work in evidence-based frameworks and methodologies that deliver rigorous and reliable results. My approach is always pragmatic and efficient, always focused on delivering products that hold the most value for clients and their stakeholders. Organizations worldwide are focused on social purpose, and corporations in both public and private sectors recognize the need to measure their impact on not only on individuals but also on society. Calls for consistent approaches to measuring impact are coming from all sectors. Corporations are holding themselves accountable to both shareholders and stakeholders. I'm now turning my attention to how I can support organizations in articulating their purpose and measuring their impact. Putting my skills and experience to use in these ways is a rewarding and important mission.Skills include: program evaluation, theories of change, implementation science, quantitative and qualitative data collection, impact assessment, strategic planning, knowledge translation and stakeholder engagement. "Julie is an outcomes driven leader and team player that we have had the privilege of working with for years. She adds significant value and structure to every project she leads or takes part in. Her strengths in implementation, monitoring and evaluation contribute to plans that are relevant not only in research but in real-world application. This allows us to have a greater impact on improving the lives of the men we serve.” - Kellie Paich, Movember Global Director, Clinical Quality and Survivorship (Prostate Cancer)
