I have been in the asst. manager/trainer role for about 4 years. In this role, I assume a management responsibility alongside funding SVP. Once all that is put together the files comes to me, and I make up the documents to be signed at closing. After you sign them, they come back to me and I send the loan money wire to the title company, and they record all the documents with the county.I have also been involved in collaborating with our system tech team to help solve documentation issues, test and implement new loan programs, and integrate new software, including Snapdocs and Blend.
