I review contracts and title abstracts, create title commitments, prepare Closing Disclosures and HUD statements pursuant to lenders closing.

My responsibilities are diverse, included order title abstract; prepare title binders; work successfully against deadlines; prepare loan documents; serve as liaison for clients, banks, realtors and attorneys; schedule meetings, coordinate all post closing functions, complete title insurance forms, disburse funds; maintain constant communication with all.
