I am in relentless pursuit of doing things better and smarter to assist my clients in accelerating achievement of their development and outreach goals, while providing the guidance and experience needed to build a solid foundation for sustainable success, global impact and growth. For over 20 years, I have conceptualized, constructed and executed highly successful marketing, fundraising, donor cultivation and major gifts development initiatives; first as Vice President at United Way for over 12 years, and more recently, as Development Director for the Carr Educational Foundation, Daraja Academy and other smaller non-profit organizations. I love the challenge of creating compelling brand messages that truly differentiate and unravel complex donor engagement issues into copy and strategy that has dramatically improved donor engagement and gifting. I attribute this level of success to due diligence in the research and donor segmentation process, coupled with an intrinsic understanding of donor behavior.
