Julie, a second-generation Arizona Native, has deep roots in the state. Her journey in real estate began in 1994, following her studies in Communications at Arizona State University. She spent 18 years selling new homes for some of the Valley’s largest homebuilders, honing her skills and knowledge in the industry. Her leadership roles at Meritage Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes further solidified her expertise and commitment to the field. Julie made a significant career move in 2015, transitioning from new home sales to join forces with her husband, Ben, at Realty Executives. In addition to selling and managing the new home transactions at each of her communities, Julie held a position on the Leadership Committee from 2012 to 2014 and was a Welcome Ambassador (on-boarding and training new agents) from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to selling and managing the new home transactions at each of her communities, Julie represented the Phoenix Division of Meritage Homes with a position on the National Advisory Council.

HomeAmerican Morgage Company was the In-House lender for Richmond American Homes. Julie originated loans for Home American Mortgage during the busiest real estate market in this country's history and at one point during that period she carried over 150 loans in her pipeline.

In addition to selling and managing the new home transactions at each of her communities, Julie ranked in the top 10% in sales performance year after year.

Julie's resale business flew into full swing when she transitioned from new home sales into resale real estate. Once the homeowners she had previously sold new homes to found out she was now in resale, they selected Julie as their resale agent to not only sell their home, but to help them with their next purchase. They became loyal clients of Julie's and once she went back into new home sales, they went on to be loyal clients of her husband, Ben.
