Throughout my career, I have had many positions at the crossroads of business development, sales and marketing, and event planning. I enjoy the challenge of leveraging my skills to increase brand recognition, reputation, and revenue. Currently, I am the Director of Business Development for Destination St. Louis – a destination management company; previously, I served as Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager. The event budgets I work with typically range from as little as $5K to as much as $1M. One of my signature strengths is the ability to give projects a fresh look and feel. I achieve this with a combination of exceptional listening skills and the ability to leverage my creativity to make the seemingly impossible, possible. My passion is building relationships with clients to help create memorable experiences for their attendees- I love hearing “how are we going to top this next year?!”I strive to listen to my client’s spoken – and unspoken – wants and needs, ensuring I deliver an experience that exceeds their expectations at every opportunity. With outstanding negotiation skills, I create win-win situations for my clients while maintaining optimal profitability for my employer. When I’m not working, I’m probably binging on Netflix or reading a good book. I also love trying new restaurants and exploring everything my city has to offer.
