Lambro Business Services, LLC (LBS) is a professional business counseling and advisory service by Julie Lammers. This business provides counseling with the goal of championing the goals of the entrepreneur and accelerating business growth in our community.

Serve as Module Faculty for the Goldman Sachs !0,000 Small Business - Iowa program. Work with scholars to help them evaluate models of entrepreneurial growth, apply tools to help identify opportunities, and then assess those opportunities. Provide 1:1 business advising throughout the cohort.

Provide free and confidential counseling to businesses in all phases of development in Linn, Jones, and Benton counties.

I owned and managed Coffeesmiths with my husband Scot Brown. We had three locations in the metro area serving coffee and espresso drinks as well as fresh baked pastries and light lunch fare. - Oversaw the operations of all stores including; personnel management (60 staff), inventory management, process management, daily cash management. - Implemented new products and processes to improve customer satisfaction and growth- Awards: Corridor Business Journal Fastest Growing Company 2013 (top 25), Top Shelf Award: Best Coffee 2016, Certification: Blue Zones Certified Restaurant 2015- Successfully sold all 3 store to Scooters Coffee in May 2016.

Conducted Storytime 3 times per week and provided assistance to patrons in the Children's Department. This was a fun part time job in a wonderful library. It was great oppportunity to be part of the Marion community!

Supply Chain (Director)  Created a new Supply Chain team thru consolidating inventory procurement and distribution functions as well as warehouse management. Implemented structures and processes to enhance efficiency within the department. Leveraged these efficiencies to better support Construction and Install teams in the field.Construction Team (Director)  Created a new Construction Region team covering Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, and Missouri. This team was responsible for installing all the fiber optic lines in those states. Including management of permitting process and oversight of all sub-contractors. Developed budget forecasting and tracking processes for entire construction process. This process was later implemented in the other construction regions. Installation Team (Sr. Mgr)  Responsible for creating a new Installation Team. Implemented reporting structures and processes to create stability and accountability. This team installed all equipment in support of McLeodUSA’s network. Oversaw the development of a Prep and Test Lab in Des Moines to provide further efficiency and support for installers in the field.Project Management Team (Project Mgr) Provided project management for companywide initiatives; including Customer Equipment Inventory, SPRINT Cell site partnership

 Oversaw development of customized billing systems for MCI’s partners in Australia (AAP) and in Mexico (Avantel). Managed teams of employees and contractors, responsible for all development: design, coding, testing, documentation, and implementation. Worked with finance department to develop processes and further utilize third party software in the areas of general ledger and accounts payable.
