As the Founder and CEO of Lean Think, I've helped over 1,000 educators transform from feeling overwhelmed and overworked into highly effective professionals. I guide passionate, teachable teachers to complete their work within contract time, achieve measurable student success, and find work-life balance. My mission is to bring peace, confidence, success, control, and joy to the lives of educators.In 2015, I launched Lean Think workshops for the Utah State Office of Education and Davis School District. To further enhance my teaching skills, I earned my Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma in 2017. My experience as an educator allows me to truly understand the challenges teachers face. I thrive on coaching teachers and administrators to achieve more while doing less, ensuring that their passion for teaching is sustained.Currently, I teach AP/CE Chemistry at Davis High School and serve as an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Utah, a Master of Arts in Teaching Science from Western Governors University, and experience as an organic chemist. In 2011, I began my teaching journey at Clearfield High School and moved to Davis High School in 2012, where I've been honored with multiple Teacher of the Year awards and the "Best of Davis" recognition. I also spent six years teaching chemistry labs at the University of Utah. Faith, family, and teaching are the core of my life, and everything I do revolves around these passions.
