CurrentI currently work with Century 21 M&M and Associates and have extensive experience in the REO / Short Sale Industry as well as Relocation. I am an experienced agent with extensive knowledge in all types of property transactions. I also often work on behalf of the banks in the marketing and sales of REO properties. This comes from my extensive self taught knowledge of the foreclosure process and the timelines involved. I am very knowledgeable about the steps involved with CFK's, evictions and all other issues that may come up with an REO property. Due to the many laws involved with a property post foreclosure and in eviction, it is very important to have an agent who has knowledge of the process and limitations. My experience also extends to the Relocation part of the industry and how it relates to corporate relocations, contractual policies as well as to make every personal attempt to assure the client has a smooth and painless transition. I understand the fear involved with the purchase of a new home, the sale of a new home and the stress and complications that can come up. With every transaction, whether REO, Relocation or a regular sale, the disclosures and laws are a very important part of the process.
