I am dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organizations maximize their performance and amplify their impact. For nearly two decades, I have worked across human capital, talent, and leadership, both as an in-house HR professional and management consultant. I have supported organizations from a wide range of industries and sizes on some of their toughest and most complex strategic, cultural, and leadership challenges. I specialize in executive team and C-suite effectiveness through targeted coaching, development, and facilitation, primarily within private equity, media and technology, and healthcare companies.
