Managed new retail manager (on-boarding) and training team leader programs including content creation and revision, developing educators and mentors for 115 experience centers. • Partnered with Estēe Lauder and Talent + to create talent and strength management education initiatives for retail employees. As a talent coach, facilitated collaborative coaching calls between district managers and team leaders, building relationships, creating behavior change and increasing performance results. • Facilitated in-person and web-based classes that supported company strategy, goals and vision (800+ employees). • Consulted and identified solutions to training gaps for individuals, leaders, and teams. • Co-led with HR multiple performance review implementations, acting as lead trainer. • Managed corporate employee development; presenter for new hire orientation, coordinating classes, educators, logistics, budget, learning management system administration (LMS) and evaluation.

Consulted and supported client groups through two buy out transitional periods from Target Corporation to the May Company, converting 70 systems in 1 day and May Company to Federated. • Developed and delivered training in alignment with the needs of the business for product knowledge and selling training (ie: seminar-based training, workbooks, CBTs, video conference training). • Partnered and consulted with subject matter experts to identify needs and create training solutions. • Captained new merchant training program (6 week) by partnering with human resources and merchandising to teach and on-board new assistant buyers and planners. • Clients included: Risk Management, IT, Foods Division, Loss Prevention, Fragrance, Home, Gift Registry, Big Ticket Furniture, Intimate Apparel, Fragrance and Merchandising (pyramid of 500 people)

Web site liaison and researcher for web-based training platform supporting department floor team members. Supported team by proofing, editing and updating training materials. Managed 3 expense centers totaling over $450,000.
