In my new position, I will work cross-departmentally to direct our digital media strategy, developing and executing programs designed to enhance the reputation of the Foundation while increasing community engagement and spurring community growth. This includes:· The production and launch of a website refresh· Strategic support and implementation of innovative digital fundraising approaches· Expanding engagement opportunities for online advocacy and other community-focused campaigns/programs

As associate director, I help lead the Reeve Foundation’s digital media strategy, working cross-departmentally to develop and execute creative programs that raise awareness of the Foundation’s mission and grow our community across a variety of platforms – connecting the dots between our community’s needs and our business goals. I help oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital team, including managing the editorial calendar (e.g., newsletter, email outreach, etc.) and advancing all content for the website and social channels. I also help coordinate digital fundraising efforts, including peer-to-peer and event registration campaigns, as well as online advocacy and engagement initiatives. Finally, I maintain the overall health of our website and other digital platforms, and manages third-party technology partners/vendors and freelancers associated with digital efforts.
