The Program Integration Office was established to oversee the integrated delivery of the major capital programs underway at DFW Airport - Infrastructure Capital Program and Central Terminal Area Expansion Program. The PIO serves as the main communication hub between the programs and ultimately the projects and major stakeholders.

As Public Involvement Manager I managed a team of public involvement professionals to deliver strategic communications plans to various infrastructure clients. I was also responsible for managing a team of 3-D professionals. I have been embedded with a client since October 2016 as a project manager responsible for communications and integration within their design, code, and construction department. In this capacity I manage a large portion of the department's communications efforts as a liaison to the client's corporate communications and planning departments.

I am responsible for determining appropriate messages and coordinating development of presentation materials. I prepare content for and facilitate meetings with hearing team including pertinent professional scientific/technical staff, contacts governmental agencies and community groups with interest in hearings or meetings. I analyze hearing success and impact in influencing or changing public attitudes. I assist senior leadership in the development of communication plans and strategies and provide recommendations on how to deliver and manage the information flow outside of the company to diverse audiences.

Manage all communications regarding Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program at DFW Airport. The $3.2 billion program will renovate Terminals A, B, C and E and ancillary projects. The program began in 2010 and is scheduled to in 2021. Additional responsibilities include communicating about the Airport Development and Engineering Department's annual capital improvement program.
