As the founder of STUDIO MAAR, I worked as a creative strategist consultant within communication. Under the same brand name, I also work with artistic expressions and create artworks that explore colours, patterns, light and shadow in spatial compositions in the realm between 2D and 3D.

Working as a Sales Consultant, I was responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and I supported customers with any product, design and styling queries. In this role, I was able to share my design-related knowledge and immerse myself in my passion for furniture and interior design, atmospheres and the relationship between objects and the surrounding space. Additionally, I have been responsible for ordering display stock and maintaining accessories displays within the store, and consulted on the overall store design.

As a Marketing Associate at pej gruppen, I worked with copywriting and as a link between the trend and marketing departments. My responsibilities included Instagram captions, content planning for a membership mail flow, adding products to the web shop (Magento), SEO and ad hoc assignments. Furthermore, I assisted the Trend Editor and was responsible for researching and writing a shoe trend article published in Branchebladet TØJ and a design history piece for Formland’s 75th anniversary exhibition.

As a Concept Designer for Kindly Copenhagen, I developed the spatial strategy and concept for the Formland trade fair exhibit in collaboration with the brand owner. Additionally, I built the physical display units and I have given feedback throughout the label design process. Furthermore, I was a Brand Representative, alongside the brand owner, at the Formland Interior and Design Exhibition during the Autumn 2021 edition.

As a Sales Assistant, my main objective was to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and assist with styling questions and cleaning of jewellery. Additionally, I assisted the Visual Merchandiser with campaign prep and execution in accordance with official guidelines.

I became a certified Barista through Baresso Coffee’s training programme, allowing me the prepare and serve hand-brewed coffees and specialty coffee drinks. I ensured customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and ensured proper cleaning to high quality standards. Additionally, I was specially selected to assist in the training of new staff.

As Visual Merchandiser, I was responsible for the Kongens Nytorv coffee shop and specially requested for ad hoc assignments in other Baresso Coffee shops. My responsibilities included the coffee shop’s daily appearance such as correct signage and food displays, communicating merchandise guidelines and coaching co-workers, Point of Sales materials within the coffee shop and the execution of seasonal campaigns in relation to overall guidelines. In addition, I designed and hand painted menu boards and façade signs to promote seasonal and hero products. Furthermore, I was responsible for ordering and styling products for sale and arranging gift boxes to promote options and increase sales. I was responsible for communications with HQ and vendors regarding merchandise and I participated in quarterly meetings with the Sales and Marketing Manager and fellow VMs.

I was part of the management team at the Kongens Nytorv coffee shop, the flagship coffee shop at the time. I completed Baresso Coffee’s training programme, including an advanced coffee course. Together with the Store Manager, I was responsible for ensuring our high quality standards, organising and delegating on-floor staff responsibilities, meeting sales targets as well as organising and implementing the training of new staff and ongoing coaching and motivation of co-workers. In the role of Assistant Store Manager, I attended district meetings within the organisation and was partly responsible for communications with the team and HQ. Furthermore, I was responsible for weekly administrative tasks, daily and weekly orders of dairy and food products and non-food products such as packaging. Additionally, I was responsible for the completion of daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance standards including coordinating handyman assignments.

As a Sales Consultant at Mollisons, I assisted customers with any design and styling questions, was responsible for communication and correspondence with customers, including handling of specialty orders. Furthermore, I was responsible for daily maintenance as well as stock management and pricing, including the distribution of stock between the two Mollisons shops. As an Interior Stylist, I assisted in selecting and ordering new products and stock, and was responsible for the overall visual merchandising and styling, including seasonal window displays. Additionally, I was responsible for the daily rotation of furniture and products to ensure customer appeal.
