I have always pursued a creative, collaborative high-performance culture. Growing up in a world-class theatre and transcending into owning a nationally recognized marketing agency have honed my skills as a creative communicator inspiring the imagination and behaviors of an audience. Having grown our business from a 3-person shop to a 50-person agency serving leading financial services companies, I understand what it takes to run a competitive, top-performing agency. Dealing in complex product sets that most agencies would run away from, we always took on the tough yet profitable sales challenges most agencies would not embrace. Now healthcare is the industry in transformation. They not only have to innovate to deal with health reform but must invent or implement the new technologies that address the more systemic issues. And they must do this while they become more transparent and consumer facing.Financial Services shifted their focus to the consumer in the dawn of the Internet. Healthcare is doing it with social media at full tilt and mobile and gaming as emerging technologies.Change and transformation is accelerating for clients, agencies and consumers - and hardly anyone is on the "same page".Businesses that gain mastery of these mediums and elegantly blends them into existing communication channels will take their position as industry leaders.I enjoy strategy because I like to break down the barriers between a good product and their end-user.
