• Responsible in definition and implementation of a governance framework for PMO• Responsible in definition, monitoring and execution of PMO’s budget• Builds a team of Project Managers and Application Support• Leads the implementation of the projects from its conception to delivery• Leads selection of the solution that fits the business requirement• Supports vendors and consultants in the scoping of work• Leads technical discussion with the vendors• Works in coordination with Procurement on the recommendation for vendor selection• Reviews and evaluates overall business solutions that would impact the business operations• Plans interfaces and technologies to be used based on the business need and the current trend in the market

Uses different Project Management Methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
