I have a PhD in Organizational /Interpersonal communication and have taught, consulted, and acted as governance advisor to multigenerational family companies. Results, over almost 3 decades, have shown that I have utilized extremely effective, proven tools, techniques, and leadership helping high functioning successful businesspeople, and affluent families challenge their status quo, create new mindsets, new skillsets, new behaviors, and improved relationships. I have provided an active advisory role to (ultra) high net worth families and/or C-suite individuals, covering a broad spectrum of governance issues including: policy; succession and founder’s exit; leadership assessment and talent strategy (board and operational); stakeholder engagement; family meetings; preparing the next generation to be ready to assume both specific roles and financial wealth; board constitution; divestiture of large company assets; ensuring personal and corporate wills and/or insurance; and restructuring.
